Over a month has passed and This poor little blog sits here neglected and all alone!

what has been going on you say?

Well in short, my laptop died a fiery death and then was resurrected – which, lol, is rather fitting as Easter is just a hop skip and a jump away (uhm do I need to Point out the LOL in there?)

In any case, I am glad to have my laptop back with me safe and sound.

Speaking of Easter though, This year is going to be radically different for my children than any other year has been. Normally we go overboard with chocolates and candy and all sorts of things they do not need, but this year we cannot.

The main reason is we have a dog now, and dogs do not mix well with chocolate, so the children are getting modified baskets with small toys like jump ropes and cars, and then one big bunny type thingy. You know what I mean? The little chocolate characters you can pick up for seven bucks at Wal-Mart? Those.

The second reason is money. Sure I could afford to go out and spend a bundle on the boys, but I really, REALLY want to go on a vacation in the next 365 days, and the more money we save the faster that dream becomes a reality!
