So I just found out that two of my husbands sisters, who usually do the January florida vacations, are instead going to Maui this year!

Sooooooooooooooooooooo JEALOUS!

They are all going, my sister in laws and their family (nine kids total) and will be there for sixteen days!

I can;t see that being something My husband and I will ever be able to afford. I guess it helps that their kids all work and are paying for their own plane tickets, but the rooms my one sister is paying for are 179 a night! For  SIXTEEN NIGHTS! I don’t even want to know how much that totals!! (My other sister in law got a “deal” for 129 a night)

Zowee! Thats a LOT of money!

One of the many trips I would take if I won the lotto would be a trip to Hawaii, I would also book and go on a cruise, go to Ireland and Scotland, Australia and my husband wants to go to Japan as well. If you take into consideration the fact that we didn’t even buy lottery tickets this week, we will be going on those trips right around the Fourth of Never!

As you can see, Instead of searching for home insurance quotes, I’ve been fooling around on FaceBook. (Our insurance comes due in November, so we just paid it, but our premiums went up so I want to find a new provider before next year. I have lots of time!)

As you can see by the screen cap, I was playing on FaceBook, a game called Egg Breakers. I got this score by hitting the buff egg ( the cracked blue egg you see). The buff egg game me a 4x multiplier for the next ten eggs. Immediately after that I used my multiplier plus the buff X4 on the gold egg you see cracked and got a prize! usually I get gold or stars when I use a multiplier on a gold egg, and NEVER, have I EVER scored an egg worth this many points and gold.

I litterally jumped of my chair clapping when that butterfly popped out!

Today is yet another lazy Sunday Afternoon. The boys were awesome this morning, they had breakfast and played quietly till noon. That’s when I woke up. To coffee, in bed. Is there a better way to start the day? No, I don’t think so.

Hubs and the boys are now chowing on popcorn and watching a James Bond movie, while I fool around online. I have absolutely nothing planned for the day, so I can do whatever I want without worry. If I wanted to spend an hour searching for New Moon Spoofs, I could, or If I wanted to spend the afternoon drinking coffee and looking for insurance online, there is nothing to stop me!

Not next Sunday, but the one after, though, I will be very busy indeed. That’s the date we want to put up our Christmas tree! I cannot wait! I’m always like this though, I cannot wait to put up the tree, but I know that as soon as it’s up, the dogs and cat and kids and GAH! Everything and everyone will be in the tree meaning I will have to be super diligent to make sure that the tree does not “accidentally” fall down!

We are right on track, in terms of Christmas shopping. Just last night I bought a gift for my step Mother, AND decided what to get my dad – the hardest part of shopping for people is trying to find something they will love! Once you figure out what you are going to get them, everything is easy!

Well, my coffee mug is empty and my fish on Facebook need feeding, so Ima jet!

My neighbour is so freaking annoying. Its PLUS three. Its absolutely unseasonably wonderfully WARM outside. I cannot remember a year where we had NO SNOW this late in the year. Seriously. It’s awesome.

And yet? She told me this afternoon that she is researching cross country moving companies. She wants to move back to Ontario becuase its “so cold”.

EXCUSE ME? NO IT ISN’T.

I’ve told her that she needs to forget Ontario and give Saskatchewan a chance, that if she started looking for the GOOD in this location, maybe, just maybe, she would start enjoying herself.

When you go around always looking for the worst of things, you are going to find the worst parts! Start looking for things that are nice and good, start enjoying the little things and all of a sudden, you are going to find out that you are happy!

So there is a new lottery out, the lotto max. In about an hour the numbers for this weeks draw will be up and I gotta say… I WANT TO WIN.

I would love to pay off my student loans, pay off my mortgage and buy a NICE camera. I have several digital cameras, the point and shoot variety, but I want something..more. Something that accepts lenses so I can try out a wide angle lens. Something that I can zoom in with. Something compatible with an external flash.

I take a lot of pictures, but always they leave me wanting more.

Another reason I would love to win the Lotto Ma xis that I wouldn’t have to worry so much about bills. Hubs has had two and a half days off this week, days that he doesn’t get paid for, and that’s gonna make it tough when it comes to finding money to pay the bills.

I would love to be able to travel too. Not just big trips like Disney World or cruises, but just a flight here and there to meet other bloggers.

With tomorrow being Remembrance  Day, Hubs and the boys have off from work and school, respectively. To that effect, we sent the boys over to my In-laws house for the night, and Hubs and I went to the Movie Gallery to rent a few movies.

We were originally going to head into the city and catch a flick at the theater, but we were unable to chose a movie we both agreed on.

We rented Land of the Lost, Orphan and Taken.

While the boys play with toys, eat candy and stay up way way too late, me and hubs are going to cuddle on the couch, eat popcorn like it is going out of style and enjoy a kid free night!

One movie I did not at ALL want to watch was Paranormal Activity. I have nightmares over kinda scary movies, much less SUPER scary movies!!!

I logged into my WordPress account just now and saw that I need to update to version 2.8.5! I have no idea how long that banner has been up there, I will be the first to admit that I do not pay attention to things like that.

Frankly, upgrades scare the beh-jesus out of me. I’m terrified that I will do it all wrong and lose my blog forever! I’ve tried doing an online backup but I don’t trust that I have done it right!

I know that it is important to keep up to date on all of the platform updates, becuase useing an older version leaves you vulnerable to hackers, but still. I am terrified to push that button!
