Do you make wishes at 11:11? Lots of people do. I have in the past. I’ve wished for the lottery, or for some other miracle that i know is impossible, to happen. Shockingly, my wishes have not come true.

I think i should stick to realistic things when I make wishes, so that they can come true. maybe next time I will wish for weight loss pill that works or a pony, or hair that is straight.

If I always wish for the impossible I am setting myself up for failure.

Aren’t I? or am I just talking gibberish becuase it is quarter to one in the morning and I am getting very very tired waiting for my husband to finish his game so we can head to bed.

OMG guys! Finally it happened, after all my YEARS of shopping online, I Found a coupon code through Google and IT WORKED. I was buying drums, a Christmas gift for my husband, and I decided to just try for a code, knowing that even if I found one, it would not work! I found a code for the store, for 10% off Audio, and decided to try it, just for kicks, though I figured they meant car stores or the like, But nope! It took 30 bucks off my order, which paid for the taxes and a little bit!!

I’m so excited! I’ve used codes before, thats not new, I get them from the site itself, from an email promo or from twitter or facebook, but always, ALWAYS, the ones I find online do not work! I may as well start looking for tech jobs now, becuase my phone is gonna be ringing off the hook now that people know how AWESOME I am!

Let this be a lesson folks, try a code, even if you think it wont work

This morning Samantha (wee tiny dog) went potty, ran inside and started chasing the cat. the cat hissed, swiped and jumped out of Sam’s reach. Not even half an hour later the cat was walking by and Sam hopped off the couch and chased her again. I called Sammi off, gave her a talking to and told her SIT;STAY.

Sam had been sitting on the couch, minding her own for about 10 minutes when the cat hopped up and with no hiss of a warning, clamped her teeth on Samantha’s neck, who yelped. It took a bit to get the cat off Sam, she bit through on the neck, and her back paws scratched up both Sam and I as I tried to get her to let go.

Maybe Sam will learn to leave the cat alone, or maybe I should get Sammi some kind ofhgh supplement! I cleaned Sam’s cuts and bites, and will keep an eye on them, I sure as heck hope they do not get infected as I cannot afford a vet bill right now!!

NOT!

Last night’s Glee was the Rocky Horror episode and they did awesome! Chris Colfer was an amaaaaazing as Riff Raff! it was great, but it did make me want to see the REAL RHPS again – preferably in a real theater, not at home!

The only problem is that RHPS is not being shown anywhere near here at a real theater, and the copy of the how that we have is a VHS tape – I’m sure it works and everything, but we simply do not have a VHS player anymore!!

I should find a quick free web directory and see if i can find a cheap used VHS player, but would that even work? I mean, who on earth still has one, much less has one to giveaway or sell?

My husband *thinks* that the RHPS is on demand on the telly tonight so after the kidlets hit the hay, we will go searching for it. Cross your fingers and wish us luck!

For a while there, life was peachy keen and all was going good. For a small window of time I considered sending this URL out to more people I know IRL. Thank Socks I did not do so becuase the proverbial shit has hit the fan, OMG!

So. Much. Drama.

There is way to much back story to go into it even. Seriously. I wish that there was someone I had kept telling everything to as it was done, becuase there is too much to tell for anyone to know the whole story as it stands now, which means it all keeps bubbling and boiling and driving me CRAZY!

last night I tossed and turned and I barely slept thanks to all the bull shit going on and the stupid cold I have. My head is pounding and I should do a preventative migraine treatment now becuase I know from experience that very very soon i will be flat on my back in a dark room.

Oh and also? My plant is dying.

I’ve been organizing drawers and closets the past two days – not because i like to do this kind of stuff, but becuase it makes mornings much more simple when all the clothes fit! I have had to send Logan back to his room for putting on size two pants already, and all becuase I haven’t sorted out the baby clothes LOL.

I ended up with a SIZABLE pile of size two and three pants, and the shirts ranged from 18 months (!!!!) to size 4. Logan can fit *some* size five, but the majority of his clothes are size six. I re-washed and then boxed up all of his baby clothes and sent them to a friend of a friend who has a young son.

All in all it was a boring weekend, but I;m super glad to get it done! next up is heading to the backyard to clean up before the snow flies!

So…First of all, let me give myself a pat on my freaking back for not giving into temptation and giving this URL to anyone I know in real life, becuase its thanks to that, I can be super duper honest here! Seriously people. Give me a gold star!

On the way up north for my grandpas funeral I spent some time lamenting over the nasty zit over my lip and the other various face blemishes I had. See, I feel that at the age of 31 i have no business getting pimples and zits, none at all. Turns out I shouldn’t have worried about my lack acne products at all, becuase my cousins all appear to have the same issues. Some are worse – MUCH worse than me, and some are better, but even my one cousin who I think is prettier than pretty had some pimples!

That made me feel SO much better about myself!

We haven’t unpacked our suitcase yet from the trip up north. We got home, tossed it on the couch and left it. I opened it this morning and took out my bag of toiletries – I needed my toothbrush, and again, left it. As i type, the cat is currently laying on it. I’m not sure if I would rather get her some slimming tablets or a magical stop shedding pill becuase by the time she wake up, my clothes will be both crushed and full of hair!

She IS doing better though. We have to yell at her less and less for eating the dogs food, and I even caught her running after a fly the other day! She can now jump from the counter to the couch, something she could not have done six months ago so it’s obvious her fat cat kibble is living up to its name!

Still, her belleh hangs to the ground when she walks and she snores when she sleeps, and I would love to see both of those issues addressed. Oh well, Time heals all, eh? Even Fat Cats!

Its been three months now since I stopped smoking, but man I tell you, walking outside and catching a whiff of someone smoking a Swisher Sweets cigar still sets my blood to boiling! I Loooove the smell of a fine cigar, even now, after I have quit!

Tonight we stepped outside subway after getting supper and the smell of some guy smoking a cigarette was over powering. My husband commented that three months ago we would never had smelled him.

This weekend at my grandpa’s funeral, people kept congratulating me on quitting smoking, and it was weird, because to me, the smoking, the fact I quit, that’s between me, myself and I.

Why do others care anyway? Its nice they are happy for me, but its really none of their business.

Speaking of packing (See previous post), is it weird that I bring so much technology with me on a trip? Micah and i will be bringing our ipods, as well as the portable iPod Speakers and Docking System – that way we will have music in the car with us.

As well, I will have my iPad, more for games than music – we will be spending a LOT of time in the car. Ive also got some maps loaded into my iPad so that *just in case* we have them.

I won’t be bringing my laptop, becuase i will have the iPad, but I will have to remember it’s charger LOL.

As well, We will have my cell phone.

So. what say you? Is that too much to bring on a three day trip? Is it about normal?
